Refund Policy
1. 30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

in the same condition that you received it,

unworn or unused,

with all original accessories and packaging, and

accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

the item is defective,

damaged, or

you receive the wrong item,
so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

clear photos and/or a short video showing the issue.
3. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some types of items cannot be returned, including:

perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants),

custom products (e.g. special orders or personalized items),

certain personal care goods (e.g. some beauty or hygiene products),

hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
We also do not accept returns on:

4. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to:

Request a return for the item you have.

Once the return is approved and processed,

Place a separate order for the new item.
5. European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
To use this right:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it,

Unworn or unused,

With tags and original packaging, and
-
You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
This 14-day cooling-off period exists in addition to our 30-day return policy where applicable.
6. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund is approved or denied.
If approved:

You’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Lifetime Warranty (Defects Only)
We stand behind the quality of our products.
In addition to your legal consumer rights, we offer a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects on our products.
1. What Our Lifetime Warranty Covers
Our Lifetime Warranty covers:

Defects in materials and workmanship

Electronic or functional failures that occur under normal, intended use
If we confirm a valid warranty claim, we will, at our discretion:

Repair the product,

Replace it with the same model or a comparable model, or

Offer another reasonable solution.
This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from our official store or from authorized retailers, with a valid proof of purchase.
2. What Our Lifetime Warranty Does Not Cover
Our Lifetime Warranty does not cover:

Accidental damage (drops, crushing, bending, broken parts)

Water or liquid damage beyond the product’s stated rating (if any)

Damage from misuse, abuse, or neglect
-
Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications
-
Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage (scratches, scuffs), or discoloration

Loss or theft of the product
-
Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or second-hand
If it’s clearly broken from impact, water, or obvious physical damage, this is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Clear photos and/or a short video showing the problem and the product from multiple angles
In some cases, we may ask you to return the product for inspection before approving a warranty claim. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Once we receive the required information (and the product, if applicable), we will:

Evaluate whether the issue is likely caused by a manufacturing defect or by damage/misuse.

Inform you if your claim is approved or denied.

If approved, arrange a repair, replacement, or other solution.
4. Duration of the Lifetime Warranty
“Lifetime” in this warranty refers to the expected useful life of the product under normal use, or for as long as we continue to manufacture or support that specific product line—whichever is shorter.
This commercial warranty is in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your country. Where local law provides stronger protection, those rights will apply.
5. Relationship to Returns & Refunds

Within the first 30 days:

If the product is unused and in original packaging, you may request a return/refund under our Return Policy.

If the product is defective, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

After the 30-day period:

Refunds are usually not available.

Defective items may still be covered under our Lifetime Warranty and can be repaired or replaced if the issue is due to a manufacturing defect.
